2011 Guppies Swim Program
The Guppy program is designed to give the 2 to 21/2 year old child with some pool exposure an opportunity to joy the water through play and positive experiences.  Repetition will play a large part of each swim session.  The goal of this program is to familiarize the child with the water and learn beginning skills that will enhance their ability to progress in the water as they get older and develop physically.  Guppies is conducted in a positive fun environment.  

Guppies is a 6 week program every Tuesday/Thursday beginning June 14th 2011.
*5 swimmers per half hour. (If demand is high, class size will increase and 1 additional instructor will be aded.
*Cost for the Guppy program $100.00
*2010 Guppies are welcome to repeat the program. (If age appropriate)
*Registration will take place at Del Amigo Pool Saturday, May 7th 2011. 
*Sign ups will be on a first come, first serve basis.  Sorry no phone or mail in registration will be accepted before May 7th, 2011
*May 7th, 2011 7:00 AM sign up sheet will be posted at DAPA to reserve a registration time slots.  Registration will begin at 9AM and end at 12:00PM.

2011 Dynamite Dolphin Swim Program
The Del Amigo Swim Team is proud to offer a fun, non competitive swim lesson program.  Dynamites is designed for the 4 to 6 year old child who is ready to discover their swimming talents in a fostering, positive small group environment.  "10 Dynamites are eligible to participate again this year. 
Dynamites is taught by Janet Herman as well as the team staff.  The goals for your child will be to foster a love for the water, teach body control, streamline, side breathing, freetstyle 25 yards, back float, back stroke, butterfly kick, butterfly swim, diving and meet new friends.

*Dynamites is a 7 week program.  beginning Monday June 13 and ending Thursday, July 28th. 
*Classes are offered 12:30 to 1Pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. (No lessons on Monday, July 4th and Tuesday, July 5th)
*Mini non competitive swim meets will be on July 11th and July 26th.
*Cost of this program is $130.00 - This price include all instruction, swim meet awards, pizza party and Dynamite T-Shirt
*Kids are encouraged to participate in a minimum of 2 lessons per week.
*Goggles will be needed

In order to be eligible for this program each child must be evaluated on either Monday, April 11th OR Tuesday, April 19th at 1:00 PM at Del Amigo pool.

 Del Amigo Pool Association Summer 2011 Learn - To - Swim Instruction Program
Welcome to Del Amigo Pool Association's Learn - To- Swim program.  The Learn to Swim program is for DAPA members and their children.  LTS is designed to provide achievable levels of instruction dn motivation for children in basic swimming skills that will allow children to participate safely in water fun activities.  This year we continue to offer private, one-on-one swim lessons.  We are confident the children will have a wonderful learning experience this summer.

*May 23 to June 10 - Mon./ Wed./ Friday 9 to 11AM
2011 Summer LTS lesson schedule
June 13 to July 29 - Mon./ Wed./ Fri. 1 to 4 PM
2011 Summer evening lesson schedule
June 14 to July 28 - Tues./ Thurs. 5 to 7 PM
*All lessons are private and 20 minutes in length
*Fees are due at time of registration
